Next year, we have 15 shows planned with five shows in West Memphis, 5 shows in Jonesboro and 5 shows in Blytheville. We will be known as the Northeast Arkansas Marketplace and will have 4 Markets in each city and one Christmas Holiday Expo in November in each city. DIRECTIONS
The Christmas Blytheville Flea Market takes place inside the Main Ballroom and Conference area at the Holiday Inn, located at 1121 E Main Street, Blytheville, AR 72315. Their phone number is 870-763-5800
CHECK-IN
When you arrive, please pull down past Perkins Restaurant on the right-hand side of the building. You'll see a parking lot to the left where the outdoor pool is located. You will unload in this parking lot. Please feel free to bring a dolly. You will need a copy of your PAYPAL RECEIPT for check-in. Show us the receipt and it will help the crew to know where to put you.
CHECK-OUT
The show is over at 5 p.m. That means you shouldn't plan on tearing down until 5 p.m. when the show closes. Give us your completed tax form before you leave.
SECURITY
Doors are locked after the show is over each evening until the following morning at 8 a.m. Your product will be secure.
HOURS OF OPERATION
The show is from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, December 21, and Sunday, December 22, 2019.
SETUP SCHEDULE
Setup for this show begins Saturday morning at 5 a.m. Typically, we like to setup on Friday night before the next morning; however, due to Christmas parties, the rooms will not be available until the following morning. The show opens at 9.

5 a.m. to 9 a.m.: Booth Setup
9 a.m. to 5 p.m.: Shopping With Our Vendors
SUNDAY
8 a.m. to 9 a.m.: Booth restock and refresh
9 a.m. to 5 p.m.: Shopping With Our Vendors
GROUP RATE
Staying the night? Let us recommend the Award-Winning Holiday Inn. It's a beautiful facility with incredible service. Treat yourself and stay here! If you book a room, be sure to tell them you're a vendor with the Blytheville Flea Market and ask for the Group Rate.
TABLES/CHAIRS
If you should need, the Holiday Inn has both tables and chairs available to rent for your booth.
TAXES
When you check in, you will receive an Arkansas Tax Form to report your taxes for the event. The tax rate in Blytheville is 10.5%. If you file taxes other way, be sure to indicate that on the form and make SURE we get it back before you leave. If not, they'll be calling you.
DOOR PRIZES
We'll be drawing for door prizes throughout the day on Facebook Live and would love to feature a product from your booth. Vendors will also receive one ticket to be included in the drawings. Additional tickets will be available to purchase. Please have your door prize ready at check-in. If you would like to post a pic of your door prize on the Facebook Event page, that would be great, too!

Admission to this event is FREE.
NORTHEAST ARKANSAS MARKETPLACE
Our next show is the Northeast Arkansas Marketplace in West Memphis. We are finalizing the location, but it will probably be at the Girls Club. Please reserve your spot for $100 for a 10 X 10 or $150 for a double space 10 X 20.
We will be doing extensive advertising for these events, including radio with the Sudbury Broadcasting Group in Blytheville, the Jonesboro Radio Group in Jonesboro and Kix 106 in Memphis to promote these events. We'll have live broadcasts, pre-promos, live jock talk, live call-ins and social shares from the stations, as well as boosting the events in each city on our social platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, SnapChat, Tumblr and YouTube.
